TEN TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL MEDITATION

Meditation is a powerful way to keep yourself balanced and focused, and we recommend that you consider bringing this lovely ritual into your everyday routine.
*Note: You may wish to meditate whilst connecting with your crystals. If using one crystal, place it in the palm of your upturned left (receptive) hand and cup your right hand over. Or place one of your favourite crystals in each upturned open palm and a third one resting on your heart space.
Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed. Sit or lie, preferably with your back supported and straight. Do not be concerned if your mind wanders during the meditation. This is normal, and you can hold the space between the thoughts for extended periods with practice.
When thoughts drift through, observe them and gently return your attention to the breath. The breath is your portal to the meditative state of being. This state will bring you to a place of pure Peace.

DIFFERENT STYLES OF MEDITATION
I use guided meditations or visualisations at The Peace Practice in my weekly sessions. This encompasses components of different meditation practices, too, such as body scans and breath work. I love to infuse and download the beautiful Reiki energy into the room during the meditation, which allows a healing and deep relaxation state to be achieved.
