A Myriad of Ways

How can we become our most luminous selves?  How can the light within our cells shine without hiding, without shyness?  How can we reflect the brilliance of our beingness?

How can we live within the light of the Universe?

If we were to ponder the multidimensionality of our human form, we may start to recognise the layers upon layers of form.  Our many layers. Our physical body may be the one we are most familiar with, but we have an emotional layer, a mental layer, an etheric and ketheric layer.  We have a cellular layer and a molecular layer.  We have a core layer, a soul layer, a higher self layer… we go on and on. We go further than on... We have a dense physicality and a lighted illuminated auric field.  We have shadows and darkness, and we have a layer of sight and sound. We are made of water, air, earth and fire.  There is no end to us. We live on earth and in the aether.  And in this lifetime, we wrap all of it up in a layer of skin. We brace it with a layer of bone.

So much of our time is spent within the layer of skin and bone.  And that has to be expected.  We are humans with a form. But many of us do not spend time in our layers. We often won't recognise that they are there, or that they are a very real part of us. We have separated, disconnected, and become distracted from all but a part of our infinite form.

How do we step into our wholeness and embrace ALL that we are? What might we discover about ourselves? How would we do this? How would that look? What would it change if all of ourselves were to be here on earth, with us? Do we even need to?

Maybe, we can just begin to sense the universal layer and our unique part in All That Is. The universal layer of humanity, the collective consciousness. The universal heart, the universal mind. That's a good place to begin.  What is reflected there that is also a part of you and me as an individual? What part do you or I play in the vibration of that collective? Lofty thoughts, I know, but why not look in that direction? (You may wish to read Stepping Out of Yourself)

Or perhaps we can start to connect with ourselves in a different way, allowing us to remember who we truly are. Maybe we can visit our emotional body, and look beyond the deep.  Or we can observe our mind and travel through our thought processes.  Can we change them? Why? Why not?

We can tune in, tap in, align, merge, meld with the energy of the universe, nature, the world around us, other people, other things, the words we read, the words we write, what we do, what we don't do.

We can breathe—the breath of life, the life of no other. We can breathe this breath as a pure, crystalline consciousness, a connection to the Source of everything. The breath line. What could be called the etheric blood line. The energy of human life.

We can stop running, busying-ing, rushing, doing. We can practice being.  After all, we are Human Beings. Maybe we can learn how to be that.

We can get lost in a portal of our body.  The heart portal. We can discover our sacred heart. We can introduce ourselves to our Higher Self, our Soul Self. And if you're not sure they exist, you can find out for yourselves if they do, or not.

Maybe, just maybe, we can take a step beyond our skin and bone each day.  One step and then another, and another.  One at a time. We could travel far that way. We could travel beyond our limited self, to a way of unlimited possibilities and potential.

There is not one path, or even a set number of steps.  There are myriad ways to choose. Just make the choice and begin to unfold the way. You may even, along your path, meet yourself there.

Share your inspired practices. What is it you do?  How has this helped you? I'd love to hear from you :)
