REIKI UNHURRIED (LEVEL 1)

A new way to learn Reiki!

 

In a world that's in a hurry, in a society that demands instant information, there is an expectation that we can do everything quickly.  But fast is not always good.  A practice is just that, a practice.  Some things just need time.  No one started from scratch as a long-distance runner - they jogged first, ran a bit, built up their kilometres, their strength, their mettle.  They practised until they became long-distance runners.  

I want to offer the same for Reiki training as well.  An option to take it slow, go easy, feel into the teachings, the practice and the energy.  Let it become you.  And when the training sessions stop, another level of support opens. 

 

How do I decide which Unhurried Course option is best for my learning style and schedule?

When you check out, you'll notice 2 options:  

1.  Reiki Unhurried Hybrid  (Level 1) - 6 weeks online + 1 in-person Integration Day in Perth.  The Hybrid option combines in-person teaching and contact with live online sessions and recordings, as well as written material.  It is an unhurried journey to your Reiki 1 Certification.  This is a combination of online and in-person teachings, and light at-home study and practice.

NOTE: If you are unable to commit to the in-person day, consider the alternative option listed as:

2.  REIKI UNHURRIED (LEVEL 1 ONLINE IMMERSION) - 8 weeks online.  This is a live online immersion.  It offers an option that extends the same teachings as listed above in the Hybrid option, but spread over 8 weeks as an alternative to the additional in-person integration day.

Everything else regarding the structure of the online component and the support offered remains the same.

Course Overview

With both of these beautiful, unhurried course options, we cover the fundamentals of the energy-healing modality of Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki in a unique, gentle, slow, and unhurried format. 

The unhurried format allows the energy and understanding of the teachings to unfold gently.  Please note this is not intended to be a self-paced study course.  The course is live, experiential, and supported.  For example, during our live sessions, you will not only learn about Reiki concepts but also actively practice energy work with guided exercises, meditations, and group sharing.  You will have opportunities to experience Reiki directly, connect with your peers, ask questions in real time, and receive immediate feedback.  This ensures that your learning is hands-on, immersive, and connected.  This approach helps you gain confidence in using Reiki and allows the teachings to become a part of your own practice.

In addition to ongoing support after your workshops, you will receive your Level 1 certification and access to the recordings.  That being said, I highly recommend you attend live where you can. 

On completion of the course, you will be granted a one-year complimentary access to the INITIATES MEMBERSHIP in my online platform, The Fantastic Realm.  This membership is specifically for Reiki Level 1 students to deepen their understanding of the teachings and enhance their ongoing practice of Reiki and energy-healing concepts. 

 

1.  HYBRID Course Format

The HYBRID course is presented as a mix of live online sessions, meditations, recordings, written material, a comprehensive manual, and an intensive in-person meet-up day.  Live online sessions are held once a week for six consecutive weeks, each lasting two hours.  After these sessions, we come together for one in-person day to integrate everything learned.  There will be some in-home study and practice to complete between sessions to anchor the experience in class.

Prior to the Integration Day, we will spend 6 consecutive weeks together live online for 2 hours each week.  You'll be able to revisit the recordings.  You will be asked to do some light reading and practice between sessions. 

 

To help you feel fully prepared and confident, here is what you will need before the course begins:

- A notebook and pen for your reflections and notes.

- Access to a device with a stable internet connection and Zoom installed for live sessions.

- The course manual and written materials will be provided to you before the course starts.

- Comfortable clothing for in-person practice and meditations.

- An open mind and a willingness to learn; no prior Reiki experience is required. 

 

If any additional materials or resources are needed, I will let you know in advance so you have everything ready.

 

At the end of the sessions, we meet in person for a beautiful day together to fully integrate the teachings through a combination of gentle ceremony, practice, meditation, and discourse on Reiki methods and techniques. 

This Hybrid course will suit those who can attend the final Integration Day session, which will be held in person in the Perth CBD, Western Australia.

After the sessions and our day together are complete, I will grant you access to The Fantastic Realm so you can keep in contact with me for ongoing support and delve even deeper, at your own pace, into the teachings of Reiki at this level of training.

The Initiates Membership support includes a private community forum to connect with other students, where you can ask questions and share experiences, and opportunities for one-on-one check-ins if you have individual concerns or would like extra guidance.  This ensures you feel fully supported throughout your Reiki journey.

2.  ONLINE Immersion Course Format

Exactly as detailed in the HYBRID, with the only EXCEPTION that we will continue with an extra 2 weeks online (total of 8 weeks), in a consecutive format of online sessions.  We DO NOT MEET in person; instead, we have 2 extra weeks online in lieu of this day.

 Everything else follows the same format as the Hybrid online component and the same benefits and ongoing support.

This course option is suitable for those who cannot attend the Integration Day in Perth.
