It's all about you...

This workshop will align and place Reiki energy in your conscious field. You will familiarise yourself with the foundation practices of working with the essence of Universal Life Force and learn how to give nourishing self-healing treatments, leaving you confident in offering sessions to family and friends.  

First Degree concentrates on the foundation practices of Usui Reiki, self-healing, and energy balancing. By its very nature, Reiki presents a unique introduction to your spiritual journey. It will help you deal with and balance the many pressures of modern life in a practical and mindful way.

The First Acquaintance workshop offers a two-day immersion into these teachings and an introduction to the beautiful energy of Reiki. Participants are encouraged to feel the vibrations of peace, meditation, contemplation, and self-healing and love.

This course teaches you how to look after yourself first, then others, and how to practice self-treatment and on another person.

Reiki is hands-on, and this workshop allows ample time to practice. You will finish feeling fully confident in your ability to use the Reiki energy. 

There are no prerequisites to attend. Importantly, this course also offers ongoing support after your initial training, should this be required.
