A new way to learn Reiki!

 

I am delighted to share a beautiful opportunity for you to explore the gentle art of Reiki through my new course, 

'Reiki Unhurried - 1st Degree.' 

In a world that's in a hurry, in a society that demands instant information, there is an expectation that we can do everything quickly.  But fast is not always good.  A practice is just that, a practice.  Some things just need time.  No one started from scratch as a long-distance runner - they jogged first, ran a bit, built up their kilometres, their strength, their mettle.  They practised until they became long-distance runners.  

I want to offer the same for Reiki training as well.  An option to take it slow, go easy, feel into the teachings, the practice and the energy.  Let it become you.  And when the training sessions stop, another level of support opens. 

You can choose between two supportive paths: 

My HYBRID option, which includes 6 weeks of live online learning followed by a tranquil 1-day in-person workshop, 

OR

A completely ONLINE IMMERSION over 8 weeks, designed to fit seamlessly into your life. 

 

How do I decide which Unhurried Course option is best for my learning style and schedule?

 

OPTION 1: Reiki UNHURRIED HYBRID  (LEVEL 1) –

6 weeks online + 1 in-person Integration Day in Perth.  

 The Hybrid option combines online and in-person teachings, with light at-home study and practice.

This option will suit those living in Perth who enjoy online workshops, but also feel drawn to an experiential face-to-face experience to consolidate the online work.

ONLINE Component - starting 9.30 am - 11.30 am each of these Sundays:

Week 1 - Sunday 9th August 
Week 2 - Sunday 16th August
Week 3 - Sunday 23rd August
Week 4 - Sunday 30th August

Integration Day   
Tuesday 20th October 10-4 pm in Perth, WA

 

 

OPTION 2.  REIKI UNHURRIED ONLINE IMMERSION – Level 1

8 weeks online.

This is a LIVE online immersion only with light at-home study and practice. 

This option will be perfect for those living outside Perth who are comfortable with deep, comprehensive online experiences.

BOTH OPTIONS:

  • The same curriculum is covered in both options

 

  • These courses are lovingly curated to offer the foundational teachings of Usui Reiki, along with the unique insights and practices of the Holy Fire® system of Reiki, to further enrich your experience

 

  • All online teachings are LIVE, experiential and intuitively directed to those attending.  This offers a safe, supportive container that is personal and nurturing.

 

  • I highly recommend attending live where possible to get the most from the teachings. This course has not been designed as a self-study journey.

 

  • Recordings of all online sessions are gifted to all attendees. They can be revisited at leisure or used if you do have to miss a live class.  

 

  • There will be some light weekly in-home study and practice to complete between sessions to anchor the online teachings.

 

  • Both options offer an unhurried, beautiful, and exploratory journey to receive your Reiki 1 Certification.

 

What will I learn?

  • The History and background of Usui Reiki and Holy Fire® Reiki

 

  • The Reiki concepts of self-healing and giving sessions to others.

 

  • A foundational overview of working with Chakras, your Aura and Crystals using Reiki

 

  • You will actively practice energy work with guided exercises, meditations and group sharing.

 

  • There will be opportunities to experience Reiki through healing meditations and the connection to the energy itself

 

  • You will be able to connect with your peers, ask questions in real time and receive immediate feedback to ensure your learning is immersive and connected.

 

  • You will come away with a toolkit of practices for your own life and to enhance your spiritual connection

 

  • We cover protocols and best practices for yourself and others

 

  • The approach of this course will help you gain confidence in using Reiki and make the teachings a part of your own practice.
