The Peace Practice draws a monthly tarot card from our favourite deck, The Wild Unknown. We look at what message the card might hold for us as a Universal Human Collective, from the perspective of Peace. How might we find Peace in the story unfolding for the month ahead? What do we need to learn to come to this place of Peace? How do we find Peace within any challenges and messages the card brings?

This month’s message from the Tarot to the World is a gentle one. Yet powerful. But then it is always so, that the gentle are the strongest and the meek are the humble voice of the deepest messages.
So we have here the triad at our foundation. The chord of a pyramid anchoring to the base of the mountain and crowned by this soaring rock, whose ethereal but royal voice is like an auric crown, a halo no less, to the mysteries of the darkened universe above and beyond.
As above, so below. But only if we allow it to be so. If, we trace the lines between our roots, our power and our intuitive voices. If, we are strong in our intentions and make a deliberate decision to bring this vibration into our consciousness.
This card with the mountain speaks to us of the grounding root. 3 of Pentacles allude that we would be well served to re-connect to our physicality in all its glory. To fully embrace the human experience. To be entirely present here – in our consciousness and in our bodies. To wholeheartedly immerse in life and to also honour – with reverence - the life that the planet, Mother Gaia, gives back to support us in return. Symbiotic exchange.
To connect in this way is to tip us in to an intertwined relationship with Gaia as the living, breathing form she truly is. If we bond intentionally with this magnificent being (rather than staying slightly detached and living without real purpose on her surface), if we link into her grid lines, her plasma, her DNA, her soul – then we will remember how to align ourselves once more with the All. The consciousness of the Universe. From this point of mutual interconnectedness, we will surely soar, as the mountain soars from the earth beneath.
As we ground ourselves, physically and emotionally to her we begin to reclaim our own sovereignty of ourselves. When one is totally conscious of one’s actions, then we can chart our course rather than be swept by the winds. At this point, 3 of Pentacles will keep pushing us. She will keep on nudging. As we settle into Gaia’s changing shifts of magnetic resonance, we may learn to listen to the whispered tones of the mountain and to be awakened to fully recognise our own divine inner kernel. And then on the thrust of the number 3 we shall allow this also to grow – reach out, expand, up, beyond ourselves. This seed of our soul may merge with the connection of the collective consciousness to move our synergy towards All rather than remaining stifled in our singularity.
If the number 3 was an individual we might see the shadow of a spiritual being having a human experience. Three becomes the gathering of both a divine spark and the earthly energy to become the bringer of change. And this bringer of change comes with the force of creativity, enthusiasm and boundless energy.
This energy is to be combined with some level of determination to push through, in order to leave difficulties in the past and move into a more expansive space.
In this space, through the sacred number of three and the pentacles, emerges positive, creative manifestation and growth but this comes through focused hardwork and steadfast intent. The month of May it seems, is a time to move forwards, a time to look upward and also within.
The weeks of May will require collaborative effort, a joining of the single being to all consciousness – for and of the collective, and for the greater good. Working cooperatively within your own self, bringing your physical and spiritual points to the same peak and then reaching beyond the pinnacle to all consciousness. Then! Do you not see? Then you will BE like the mountain. Anchored into Gaia’s earthly base and soaring up to receive the divine messages from yonder, beyond our holographic timeline.
So to find your portal for peace this month of May and to find the still point -
